The new information resource ‘Staying steady, staying positive’ is now available from the Health & Wellbeing Service. This resource gives practical advice and tips to older people about preventing falls, how to use mindfulness techniques on overcoming the fear of falling and has a set of exercises that can be done at home to help strengthen joints and muscles and improve stability and mobility.
